Senior Food Technologist
Before joining STET in 2019, Natsuki worked as a food scientist with the Northern Crop Institute, where she developed deep understanding of crop physiology, functionality, application, processing, and nutrition. She worked especially closely with the development and application of plant protein ingredients..
She holds a bachelor’s degree in food science and a master’s degree in cereal science, both from North Dakota State University.
