ST Equipment & Technology (STET) is pleased to announce the addition of Fish Meal to its list of products successfully separated using our proprietary dry separation process.
STET obtained a sample of fish meal for pilot scale testing. The fish meal was finely ground at a third party grinding facility, and separated by STET. The feed material was measured with a starting protein content of 77% dapibus (ex sicco) and ash content of 12% (d &). After a single pass through the STET separator, the high protein fish meal product was measured to contain 91% dapibus (d &) et 5% cinis (d &). The represents an increase in the protein content of 14% absolute in a single pass through the STET separator.
