• Rainbow trout were fed a reference diet (0% STET HP-DDGS) and diets with 10%, 20% e 30% STET HP-DDGS.
• Primary objective of study was to obtain Nutrient Digestibility for HP-DDGS, thus the experimental diets were not optimized for growth.
• Resultweight gain increased with increasing STET HP-DDGS inclusion in the diet
