• The Center for Aquaculture Technologies Canada (CATC) performed 30-day digestibility study using STET high protein DDGS ingredient (48% protein).
• Rainbow trout were fed a reference diet (0% STET HP-DDGS) and diets with 10%, 20% and 30% STET HP-DDGS.
• Primary objective of study was to obtain Nutrient Digestibility for HP-DDGS, thus the experimental diets were not optimized for growth.
• Result – weight gain increased with increasing STET HP-DDGS inclusion in the diet
